I had a Patagonia jacket embroidered here back in January and it was a lovely experience. Getting the design to them was super simple, and they even took the extra time to match the thread colors to the color codes that I had provided, despite them being formatted differently. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in the area who wants to support a local business!

I've used this business in the past for business needs and I've had fairly good experiences with them. However, recently that's not the case. I've tried calling, leaving voice mails, and texting with no response from anyone. I don't know what the issue seems to be with communication, or lack there of. But when clients call ready to spend money on orders you would think that warrants a call back. Very unprofessional and will look elsewhere for items needed.
