Ethan is awesome. I entrusted him with a keyboard that cost more than my car. He was clear at the beginning he wasn't sure if he could fix it but would NOT do anything more then he felt 100% confident in.

He communicated wonderfully through the process. Was able to fix a lot of the issues, not all, but gave me a stellar deal.

I was so happy with the service that I brought him my laptop for harddeive replacement. Just got it back today and am totally pleased

After evaluating the issues of my computer and that I needed to get a new one, Ethan helped me find one online that best fits my needs.
Once the order had arrived, he transferred all of my files, set up website connections and security within a few hours, fantastic!
A week later my printer was not working correctly to the new computer. Ethan was able to correct that problem quite quickly also, wonderful!

Puna Tech Help has seriously changed our lives! Ethan has done an amazing job at learning about our nonprofit arts organization and all the individual details of the over a dozen different programs. He has designed an incredible database system for us that eliminates countless spreadsheets and is all compiled into one location. Highly recommended! I needed help to get valuable pictures off an old digital camera that was malfunctioning. He was able to successfully complete the photo transfer.
