Went in to return a defective item I purchased on Amazon thinking it shouldn't be a big deal. I needed to purchase an envelope and was immediately told it would cost me five dollars and that I should have read the instructions on my return label. I don't mind paying for a service but I don't expect to be treated rudely. I did read the instructions and understood what needed to be done. Then, when I paid for his services, it cost me another dollar to run my debit card. I'll go anywhere else before I go back. Customer service should be complimentary. Not a hassle.

In response to comment from the owner: I am sorry, but I received no such recommendation. I asked if the envelope he was using would be large enough and he stuffed the item into it and said it was ok. Also, I asked if he had change for my hundred dollar bill and he said it was too early in the day for him to have change. Thank you for your offer for a full refund but I don't mind that I paid for the service. Just that I think the service could have been better.

Always willing to accept my packages that are being returned back to amazon or packages being shipped out for my business. Every time I walk in Julio always has a welcoming smile on his face and he's always friendly. Also they let me advertise with my business cards with the other business cards. Mr. Salazar is one of the most friendliest, efficient and professional person I’ve met in Gatesville. I purposely sit down at the desk provided in the lobby to speak and observe. Mr. Salazar know EVERYONE by name as they wal through the door.
The lawn and shrubs on property is amazing and always properly groomed, almost as if his lawn is mowed daily. 5 star review from me most definitely!!!!!

Always, always friendly, kind and helpful. If you have to wait, it is because they are being as professional and courteous to someone else as they will be with you. Have you never waited for your turn at the post office? These folks are awesome!
