Ordered 400 wristbands for an event. Paid extra to have it delivered the day before the event. Never heard anything from the company. I tried contacting them several times. When you called the phone number it says they're closed even though you're calling within their business hours. The day after the event I get an email saying that my order has been shipped. What the hell am I supposed to do with 400 wristbands for an event that has already passed? You might say, well you can use them for another event. However, my issue is going to be the fact that I paid so much more to have them delivered before the events. This company is a scam. They might send you a product but everything on their website is crap. They have zero customer service. No one will respond to you. This website should be shut down

I ordered wristbands from this company based on the information presented on its webpage that it ships from the US and based on the presented delivery times available. Spoiler alert: The company ships from China and does NOT deliver items on time. Use another company.

I ordered silicon wristbands. I’d say it was a “complete waste of money” but I was 100% refunded. I picked this company because I saw good reviews about the quality and shipping time. I must have gotten the short straw. First, they arrived 3 days after my guaranteed date. Second, they didn’t print “front/back” on both sides of the band. It’s just one continuous line. It would have been okay if it were wordy enough to be end to end but it’s not and there’s an huge gap in there. Hopefully you can tell from the picture. I’m GLAD these arrived too late to use because it would have been embarrassing to hand out.

The order process was so quick and easy. Online chat was knowledgeable and helpful. I would give them 5 stars, but they had some quirky issues with shipping. I wanted a delivery date farther out to pay less for shipping. This option was available on some styles but not the style I wanted, so I ended up paying more per band to get the ones I wanted. Still the best deal I could find, so I'm not complaining too much.

Great Company to work with. Site is user friendly. The online tech was very helpful when we changed our order after paying a refund was issued within minutes and new order was complete. Ordering process was very easy. I needed a quick turn around for a missions trip and these were very reasonably priced. My order did not ship out when they anticipated, but they sent it overnight (with no uncharge) so it still arrived by the time I needed it. I was taking them out of the country the next day. Customer service was very helpful.
