I had one of if not the best experience dealing with Joe and his team. They had a fantastic variety of merchandise every thing was organize and clearly marked. They had us sign some forms saying that they're not responsible for anything that happens to the laptop. They charged us for a part our laptop needed to work. We payed 65 dollars and the laptop was returned in non working conditions. So they basically washed there hands and took the money. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I clearly told then my laptop needed a new fan and they completely disregarded that. I don't even know what part they added for it to "work" Try another Tech repair store. Save yourself the head ache.

If you have a CUSTOM PC build that you're having problems with, I would recommend RDA Technologies. I've taken my pc to a few repair shops both here and out of state, and most I've left with more concerns and still with a pc that shuts down randomly. I can finally say that it works after taking it here and I'm so glad I didn't have to replace anything! Good prices, you can take custom pc, laptops, manufactured desktops, they know what they're dealing with so long as you tell them exactly what problems you're having, couldn't be more satisfied!
