Be ready to spend your all day long for just receive your car. Also lunch from 11.30 to 1 o'clock.

The place is a nightmare. Long story short, the line to get in, gets really long, very chaotic and people get in front of others.

Your best bet is leaving a car with some of the people who bring them in for you (make sure they send you a picture of the dock receipt stamped), otherwise avoid this place. Especially if you have a non runner! If you get lucky, you go on one of those days when there’s no one in line, then it’s worth it.

In and out 45 mins line starts on maritime street, I was first in line at 3 am , everyone was trying to be on solution side of equation. If you delivering a box truck or vehicle you are going to RO RO terminal

If You don't want to spend all day on this place go a least at 5 AM very important the line star at cross the street on Maritime street the left line is for deliver containers and the right line for deliver car ro ro cargo never park on front of the gate they will sent you to the back of the line

Really busy and understaffed place. If you go there figure on waiting in line whole day. Hours 8 to 4 and lunch from 11:30 to 1. So not much gets done. And you get there after 11 most likely you won’t get in before they close.
