I have owned 4 RE/MAX offices in my career. I sold them and I would not hang my licenses with any other office than this one. The agents are the top producing in the system. Well respected Broker and Broker Associates. It's the most state of the art office with it's own radio and podcasts shows. The clients are stunned to see all that we have to offer them by the Excellent Office Manager to All of the Support Staff. I love being here and grateful for it.

"I am committed to ensuring the absolute highest level of professionalism and integrity in every transaction." Are you My elderly parents were bullied into doing whatever this Re/Max realtor wanted. They are so mentally and spiritually exhausted they never want to buy or sell again. Which was their goal of selling their house, to use the money to buy another in a new area. When they declined the things they did not want to do, she wore them down with her pushy exasperating conversations. They told her that they didn't have experience selling. And yet she sprung nothing but issues on them without any heads up. Every conversation was some urgent decision that has to be decided immediately, yet the buyer were given days to decide. When I sold my last property with KW, the realtor gave a detailed time-line, gave me options, respected when I said no, and had excellent customer service. I would never recommend aRe/Max agent after hearing week after week how she was so pushy and made it out like they had to do everything in the buyers best interest, regardless of their financial or physical situation. They accumulated unnecessary debt to make updates (which any respectable realtor WOULD NEVER SUGGEST THAT, they know it affects the person's credit and she knew they planned to buy) and they are elderly, they can't physically do a bunch of home remodelingand they couldn't afford to pay a bunch of money out to have it done without getting a loan. She clearly cared more about the sale than my parents. She may think she has the power of persuasion but my parents were left feeling regret in choosing her and felt forced to do whatever she said. Making your clients feel that the only option is the one you say is not professional, it's a bullying tactic. No matter how great you think you are. It only matters how others are left after having met you. She didn't act like she was hired by them. She left them depressed and feeling hopeless.

The staff are wonderful and experienced, the support and knowledge the broker owner brings to the table are unmatched, and the agents who work here are finest in all of Denver! Phil Haas, or whoever works for this office, ignored my "no soliciting" sign and stuck a tacky note onto my door. The note says they may have found a buyer for my home. I'm currently living in a rental property. I would never do business with any office that thinks this is the way to gain new clients, especially if they're okay with ignoring a red "no soliciting" sign. I wonder about their business practices and if the office is hurting for income. It's time for this office to embrace more modern marketing than poorly copied sticky notes. What a tacky marketing ploy.

This is a big office full of lots of professionals. Fortunately for us, we worked with Realtor Frank Garr from this office. He has not let us down on 4 different occasions now. Not only did I refer him to a builder friend for two listings which he had sold in 7 and 30 days, my wife and I then had him list our property for sale as we moved out of state. Our country home under contract in 30 days and now closed. He then was able to refer us to another REMAX broker in Texas (Shelli Beck) for our purchase of a new home. The two of them were incredibly professional, punctual with follow ups and most importantly communicated and managed the processes all the way to closing.
