Great hotel in a quiet location. There's a cozy fireplace and a nice bar adjacent to it. They have ample free parking and an amazing restaurant in the hotel. The staff are very pleasant and always smiling. What more could one ask for? Truly, a great value hotel!

Wonderful clean well decorated hotel. There are plenty of hangout spot and lounge areas in this hotel which made it more inviting and welcoming. The pool was very nice went to 8ft. The hot tub was a 6 person hot but was never packed which was a surprise. The bar is a bit expensive 30 for a shot of don Julio repasado. But total wine is like a 5 minute drive. The room was clean smelled Wonderful and was cozy. Me and my husband enjoyed our 9 year anniversary stay.

We spent two nights here while visiting my uncle in Bloomington. The customer service and decor are very welcoming. We enjoyed cocktails at LARS by the cozy, indoor fire pit and had a lovely breakfast in the morning. The room was exceptionally clean and very spacious. We will definitely be back for our next visit!

I don't normally leave reviews but our experience was so terrible I needed to. I would not recommend a wedding here. Staff were very kind, but I assume very understaffed. I agree with other reviews- this hotel is not up to Marriot standards. I booked here 6 months in advance for a wedding and they "confirmed" we had a one bedroom suite after they toured it to my family. We needed the space for the wedding party to get ready. Less than 2 weeks before the wedding, I found out they messed up and tried to cover it up by comping a junior suite. Everyone makes mistakes but they didn't apologize or anything. It would have been a disaster the day of the wedding to find out and I had to take the day off work to correct their error. They did comp rooms but not for the entire stay. The rooms were not great and had mismatched paint splotches. Not what you want for a wedding night. They also messed up other reservations, never apologized, and couldn't even provide a high chair for us to get ready. They gave us sparkling wine and chocolate which was very kind, but the whole thing really did kind of ruin our wedding night. They also had no one to help with luggage and my 70+ year old father injured himself trying to do it himself and got his arm stuck in the elevator. How no one offered to help an elderly man is beyond me. We brought them around 30 rooms of business, and our hotel block was more expensive than booking off the website. The pool was also closed. We paid for a shuttle and tipped them well and they left people at the venue. This was after they asked if it was the last one and they should pack in. They had to Uber back. The breakfast was really subpar and expensive. We didn't have products stocked in our room and room service was hesitant to give us more towels and supplies. The bathroom doors didn't lock.

First time staying here...and I loved it. Usually at the Blu by MOA decided to give this hotel a try and was VERY impressed. Upon check in I realized I messed up my reservation, the manager upgraded my room no charge to the correct room. Great lounge. Clean rooms. Good food. Home feeling atmosphere and the pool is great for kids and adults. Stay here if you can!

We stay here one night a year for a company event. The room decor is cozy. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Staff have been friendly and helpful. Great fireplace in the bar. Love the atmosphere. Thanks for great stays over the last several years.

This was a cool hotel. Room was nicely decorated, breakfast was excellent, the storage for luggage carts was so well done and the location was great for an early morning flight. Would stay again.

Pros: Esthetically pleasing, staff was good, looked clean.
Cons: bathroom door, it was one that slides out for the wall. It did not close all the way so couldn't lock and was hard to full out from wall. No continental breakfast. I paid an extra $30 for guaranteed parking. That was not something that was regulated at this location.
Worst of all, I hardly slept. To the eye the room was lovely, the bed felt soft to the touch. The issue with the bed was that there was not a box spring. Not necessarily a raise for concern but the bed is placed on a solid slab of wood. I had terrible back pain by the time I work up at 4am. I was planning to sleep in until at 9 but I couldn't. If they just got the thin box spring and cover it with a bed sheet it would have had proper support. The point of a hotel is to have a place to sleep. Unfortunately, need was not met.
