Good afternoon! I would like to describe my frustration with this company. An employee crashed into my car two months ago, and I am still trying to resolve the damage to my car with the company. Every time I call the office, I am told that the employee is on vacation! I believe it is impossible for someone to be on vacation for two months. I have the report, but unfortunately I am unable to reach Restani's insurance policy number.
I want to resolve the damage caused to my car. Because I don't think it's fair that I should pay for something that wasn't my responsibility!

Did the parking lot of the Staten Island mall and had one of their steam rollers fall onto my new leased car. This happened back in May and after the project manager promised they would pay for all damages, Geico still has heard zero response from this despicable company. I’ve called and emailed so many people who said they would get back to me and never did, including some of the office managers. Geico found out they don’t even have insurance for their company. One of their guys parked the steam roller wrong causing me months of headaches and a $500 deductible that I didn’t even CAUSE. The car was parked and I was at work. You should be ashamed of yourselves for not even contacting me back and owning up to anything. A law suit will be filed at this point. Absolutely despicable company that does indeed, NOT own up to any payments.

Will not pay their bills on time and avoid phone calls about it. Their accounts payable department is a joke.
Stay away from this company. They are not worth any job you work with them on.
