Ricci Construction recently completed an addition on our home, and my wife and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Not only is the final end product better than we had imagined, the process of getting there was managed exceptionally well.

Both my wife and I come from project management backgrounds, so know what to look for as a project transitions from concept to build. The project timeline matched very closely with initial estimates, and John’s team accommodated change orders with flexibility and fair pricing. Over the course of 5 months, there wasn’t a single day where we didn’t know what was happening, as reflected in periodic schedule updates that were provided by the team. All sub-contractors were of the highest caliber, fast, and easy to work with.

Last but not least, everyone at Ricci Construction has that wonderful combination technical expertise and congeniality. Before and during the project, insights which we had not anticipated were pro-actively communicated, and contributed to the success of the project. I highly recommend Ricci Construction for any building project you’re considering, and am confident you’ll be fully satisfied with the results.

Worst construction company ever. I bought a house in PV in late 2022 that Ricci had just completely renovated. So far I’ve spent $35,000 to redo the new plumbing that they put in after many sewage bavkups. There are so many
Code violations with plumbing and electrical that I can’t even count. Completely and totally inept at what they do.

I would recommend Ricci to anyone. This was a daunting project for us as we had waited years to be able to renovate our kitchen and downstairs. John was amazing from the start and guided us through each step making us feel comfortable with each decision. He gave us a timeline before the project began and kept to that timeline throughout the entire process. His crew and his contractors were punctual, reliable, and flexible and if any small error was made they fixed it instantly. You can tell that John takes great pride in his work. His attention to detail was amazing and our home came out beautiful. I am blown away everytime I walk in the door.

Ricci recently completed a basement remodel with bathroom in our home. The end result turned out fantastic. Patty and Jonathan add a level of professionalism and organization that is unmatched - we had a schedule of which subcontractors were coming when so that we could plan each week, and even with some small changes due to surprises they did a great job communicating the schedule. The finished product is perfect, and their process to get there made things easy. I couldn't recommend their work enough!

Ricci can get the job done with compassion and Precision. They knocked it out of the park from the roof to the basement. The trim work was some of the most skillful work I have seen in a long time(our house was built like a funhouse vintage 1890). These guys worked with us with patience, and can’t say enough nice things, you would be lucky to have them do work on your house....
