Kelly Comisky is a fantastic realtor. We are better informed and more knowledgeable homebuyers than we ever were, just having worked with her. Kelly and her team keep you well informed about the real estate that interests you and every process along the way. We contacted thru phone calls, texts, and emails - she also emailed several easy-to-digest infographics about next steps - so however you learn, whatever your style, she and her team have you covered. She even went with us to a meeting with the title company when we had questions about their contract, to help us understand it’s nuances. We were looking at homes and properties across Southern Colorado… but also in Northern New Mexico, out of Kelly’s market. We ended up buying in Chama NM, though a realtor there. But it was the knowledge we had gained by working with Kelly that gave us the confidence AND the advantage in that negotiation. Kelly runs circles around every other realtor we met along the way. If you value knowledge, integrity, honesty and prompt attention, you’ve found your realtor. Thanks Kelly!

Kelly helped us find our home and was terrific to work with. We visited the Cortez area and she showed us a variety of homes. Because we lived 6 hours away, we did everything remotely.
