Disgusting Attitude

I had a very frustrating experience during my visit. I waited for 30 minutes, simply trying to get a copy of my taxes, but I was constantly given the runaround. When a rude woman finally approached me, she was on the phone and spoke to me while I was trying to hear her over my own call. I informed her that I was on the phone, but she dismissively replied, "Same for me, ma'am," and walked away.

Additionally, Carmen even walked out of her office asking who was calling with my last name, and when I explained it was me, they all completely ignored my presence. It’s this kind of attitude that prompted us to switch bookkeepers. During audits, Carmen also never had papers organized, which added to the overall dissatisfaction. Just a heads-up for anyone considering their services!

This places sucks they have bunch of ppl that don't know what the hell they are doing.. a bunch of stupid ppl. Pointing finger ppl nobody has any answers. Terrible terrible terrible!! Please stay away from this place people!

I would give 0 stars to this place! I called today to ask for a copy of my tax return and the lady said to me over the phone "no dejas comer, estamos en lonche abla despues de las 1" and she hung up on me. I was speechless. I would never go here again or recommend anyone to go to this unprofessional place.
