My company and I recently worked with Roya to redesign our website, and I’m happy with the final result. The new site is a significant improvement over our outdated version, and the design is clean and user-friendly. The team’s expertise definitely shows in the finished product.

While I’m pleased with the overall outcome, there were moments during the process where communication was a bit confusing. Given there were many different voices and directions on this project from our end, it's understandable, but at times the outreach received felt a bit demanding and not always the most accommodating. Sometimes, situations could have been helped more with explanations and more supportive direction over all. That said, many members of the team were polite, helpful, and responsive, which made a positive difference during the project.

Overall, I appreciate Roya’s work on our website and would recommend them for their design skills as well as their fair pricing.
