Dynasti at Salem Surround has been a life saver, literally! I own a roofing company in Chico and have been in the business for over 25 years. I have always relied on my Google Business Profile to get me leads and win local business. We were in a terrible situation and desperately needed some help after our Google Business Profile was stolen by another local roofing company. It killed our business, my phone stopped ringing and I didn't know what to do. I tried resolving the issue with Google on my own and was not successful. It was a long and drawn out process that yielded nothing in my favor. I have had great experiences with Salem as an organization and found them to possess high quality software and intuitive dashboards so that you can see what your money is accomplishing relative to your marketing goals.

More importantly, I would say that since there are so many marketing companies to choose from, the deciding factor should lie in the people that they employ. I only have positive things to say about Dynasti, my account manager, who helps to facilitate the success of our marketing program.
