Second Story Promotions is TOP NOTCH!!!! As an independent business owner, I have placed multiple orders utilizing several different logos on various products. WILD. Clearly some confusion with who should be a customer representative. What an insanely difficult conversation to have. It almost felt like I was being told what to order, like I'm not smart enough to know what I want preemptively. She was pretty condescending in tone, which I initially wrote off, but as the conversation went on, I felt was more and more directed.

I own a digital marketing agency, Kite Media, and we recently worked with Second Story Promotions to order some promotional items for our business. The reviews absolutely speak the truth, their customer service is amazing!!! Not only are they prompt in responding to your promotional needs but they seriously go the extra mile! I spoke with Mike Drinkall about a lip balm that a previous office had purchased and asked on the office chance if he could tell me that the product I was requesting samples of was the same and in minutes he confirmed the product and was personally familiar with the account I was speaking of. My office will be life long customers with customer service like theirs!!!
They also gave me mock up of the label is less than a day.
