I had customer come in this week and compliment our signs. He was a small business owner and wanted to know who had done them. I gave him Sign Zone's phone number. Our signs were done 3 or 4 years ago. No one ever commented on our old signs (not a surprise.) But we get frequent praise for the new ones! Called and even came in to give details on a job. Colin said he would get back to me. I left him all of my contact information as well. Instead, they ghosted me. I even called and left a message and never heard back. If they were unable to do the job, a courtesy call/text/email would be the least I expect.
