Went In and ask for some estimates on a job we’re doing. Was given the run around for over a week on why I hadn’t even got an estimate.. turns out we didn’t even get an estimate on what we were asking for.. if they’ll take they’re time in just giving me a price I can just imagine actually getting out there and doing the work.. and on top having to trust them that they did what I asked… mind you this was a $10k plus job and they still didn’t care…

I'm not sure how this company has so many 5-star reviews.
They were very slow to respond when placing my order.
We finally got the order placed and there is an issue. It's been over 3 weeks, I have to do the follow-up calls, and still no resolution. I've asked to speak to the owner. They installed a sign on our street marque and only did one sign of the display. I immediately reached out asking where is the other sign. The invoice states 1 unit. To me meant both side of the marque sign. It did NOT say 1 panel. The salesman Eric assured me they would get this fixed. As I stated above that was over 3 weeks ago.
This is not how you treat customers and the bummer is I had another job for them.
Very disappointing and I do NOT recommend this company.
