Have had the experience of working here nearly three years. Current management is good to work with and the teams in Bell Gardens, CA and Jacksboro, TN are comprised of very good people. Parent company has a certain level of challenges that tends to roll down hill.

Newbees pay close attention, inexperienced & unprofessional mgmt. Would not recommend, some mgmt mistreat staff but has a few descent mgmt. Tons of lawsuits; dysfunction office relations, not representing the best interest of the company, resulting in high turnover.
