My entire experience was PERFECT. I used their designers to help create two banners. One was spot on! Then with the second banner I kept adding in more and changing the design and every time they helped me re-design. I am so glad I used this website to create our banners. Highly recommend!!

Wanted company vehicle logos for my vehicles. Paid to have professional proofs. Noticed they were printing prior to my approval to the proofs. I called customer service. Under normal circumstances it wouldn’t bother me that customer service was in the Philippines, but I called them 3 times and still wasn’t correct. They said they want to correct it, but still don’t know if it would be correct. This little life lesson cost me 270 dollars. Attached photo if anyone wants one I’ll send it to you, otherwise they are going in the trash.

Everything about signs.com is fabulous and easy to use. The only complaint is how much shipping costs if you don’t spend $100. Fir people who aren’t part of a business, but run high school and youth sporting programs or small events like graduation, it is hard to come up with that much or if you need something later in the year, it’s difficult to purchase when shipping is $100 for one item.

I have used them twice now. The on site employees (especially Duke and Dan) were super helpful! They helped make sure I got exactly what I needed and even helped ensure my graphics printed aligned. Had to print several pieces due to my requirements (not signs sizing). Will definitely recommend them to everyone who may need any signs, large posters etc printed!

Used to be a 5/5, even a 10/5 company to work with. Easy to order online, tons of product options, great online interface. I've ordered dozens and dozens of times from Signs.com over the years. I have no idea what happened in the past 6 to 12 months, but their service has completely tanked. Customer service reps on chat generally aren't helpful. I had to go back-and-forth via chat and email for weeks and weeks on one order to get the file suitable (they kept changing their explanation of the issue with the file) and then they sent it in the wrong color. When I notified them, it was at least 4 more emails to get them to send the correct color. I just placed an order for multiple items, and then was notified they shipped all but one part of the order. That one part says "awaiting artwork" when the preview on Signs.com has my artwork showing on the screen.

I ordered a window cling to adhere to an interior window facing outward. I received assistance from the design team, ensuring I was ordering the right item and making necessary adjustments to my logo to eliminate overpixelation. It came quickly and was exactly what I hoped it would be. The only issue I had was that it was difficult to apply because of its size (7'x4'). It took 2 of us to get it up and placed, then a while to peel back and smooth, then peel back and smooth. It took quite a while to get most of the bubbles out, and I think I stretched it out in places by accident. Next time, I will have a plan and experience. 😉
