I engaged Tolk and Steve at SKP Creative to build a website for my new business, Be Empowered Divorce Coaching. They were very knowledgeable about every aspect of the process and it was obvious that they researched my industry very thoroughly. They had my website up in running in no time and this was done during the Covid outbreak. They worked with me hand in hand to get me exactly what I wanted my website to be. I am very pleased and recommend SKP Creative highly!

Tolk Persons is a good listener and he met each deadline to review 3 website design options and our website launch date. He made numerous changes that we requested and attended our zoom meetings to discuss plans and share updates. Our final BNPC website design is beautifully designed. Thank you Tolk & SKP Creative.

SKP has been a blessing to my business. This is the last couple of sentences from an email I just sent SKP, "looks like the business will grow this fall over last at somewhere around 40%. That is amazing in my eyes, and you all had a lot to do with that. Thank you!"

*See my response to SKP's reply below.*
First off, this is not a review of the company as a BUSINESS but rather as a employer. I expressed my interest in working at SKP and one of the employees very promptly reached out to me asking if I'd like to interview. I said yes and we set up a time. I included in my response back to SKP a request for my interviewer to please let me know when he'd be ready (in case he was still working on a client's assignment at that time; I knew he was probably very busy and I wanted to make sure we were still on for the interview by that time many hours later). Four minutes after the interview was to start I hadn't heard back from him saying he was ready. He then reached out asking where I was (we were to do a Zoom meeting). I said sorry, typed a reply, and immediately after joined the call. But by that time the interviewer had already ended the meeting. I asked for a rescheduled meeting and the interviewer agreed. I then explained why I wasn't on the call at the appointed time. The interviewer then got super upset through email, called me "crass," and canceled the rescheduled meeting. I politely asked for him to reconsider. I also apologized for being late and told him I meant no harm/disrespect by asking him to tell me when he was ready (I was truly only trying to be nice). I heard nothing back so I got in touch with other people at the company asking if THEY would interview me. The original interviewer then got upset AGAIN saying I shouldn't have reached out to the other people. I told him why I did it (I heard nothing back from him) but he got increasingly upset. I understand I may have been unprofessional at some points during the process and/or overstepped my bounds but the interviewer was SUPER unprofessional himself (called me crass, canceled a meeting--the second, rescheduled one--after it had been made, etc.). I think we could have resolved this together but the interviewer didn't want to. Not a good experience.

Edit: My response to SKP's reply is as follows. Thank you for your reply, Steve. I sent almost immediately after an email from the interviewer my own reply email asking (for the reasons above) that the interviewer please let me know when he was ready. It's not like I sent my reply two minutes before the interview was to start. (My email was sent over two hours before the interview was to start so I think it'd be reasonable to believe that the interviewer would have had a chance to read said email. I assumed since a) it was successfully sent, b) it was sent so soon after the interviewer's own email [two minutes], and c) it was sent long before the meeting was to start the interviewer must have read it.) When I didn't hear anything from the interviewer I assumed he wasn't ready yet so I didn't get on the call. I only got in contact with the other SKP employee because I wasn't getting a response from the interviewer.

Tolk reached out after being connected to me through my website host. My Facebook pixel was giving me problems and he was able to troubleshoot and resolve it in less than 30mins. I was about to shave my head out of frustration. I told him I'd be returning for more help in the future.
