I thought Shawn and his sidekick Shawn Jr. had a daunting task trying to get through this limestone, but they accomplished it with great professional ease at a fair price. Very happy with the outcome!

When we moved to Palm Springs, we contacted several companies that did audio / control 4 systems. We got multiple bids. Some were higher than Shawn's and some were lower. The big difference was Shawn's willingness to tailor to his bid to what we felt we could afford and what was necessary. No other outfit was willing to discuss and shape their bid to our desires. When it came time for installation - he worked with the structure of our house, which was challenging, and adapted, communicated and macgyvered to the best of his ability. Since installation, he has been communicative, receptive and available for questions big and small and sometimes naive - all with a smile and complete professionalism.

Shawn did an outstanding job installing my home theater and whole home music audio system. Not a single cable or piece of equipment in sight! I am most happy with how easy everything is to use. Now I can enjoy my music anywhere in and around my home, and I can have a movie theater experience in the privacy of my own home with 4K quality and exceptional Dolby atmos sound!

Shawn was great! He arrived as promised to change out an existing mount for my 65" TV. The new mount is awesome. He even cleaned up a prior cable management issue I had and left my house spotless. I will definitely use him again.

Shawn has installed two wall mounted flat screen TVs and recently a Bose Sound Bar. He does an excellent job, especially around hiding cables within the wall and cleaning up after his work. He does a quality job that I am very happy with and would recommend SMG Audio-Video for all your AV needs.

What a great experience. SMG Audio Video came on time as scheduled, installed my huge TV above a fireplace made of stone without any issues and were done fast. They came with a crew, provided the mounting equipment and cleaned up everything before leaving. I highly recommend SMG Audio Video for all your installation needs. Bravo SMG!
