I'm extremely happy with the final result! The were able to wire up over a dozen CAT 6A drops throughout my old house. They were Ian and Mark were very polite and great people. The work was completed professionally in a reasonable amount of time. Furthermore they were able to help me install the products at various locations (e.g. APs) and ensured everything was working correctly prior to the end of the job.

I'll definitely be going back to sound media if I need more work completed in the future!

Before I hired Sound Media to do some CAT6 cabling, camera installations, and light switches, I wondered how it was possible to have 5 stars with over 100 reviews... Not a single one below 5 stars. After my experience, I now understand. Mark and Ian came to my house to do the installation promptly. They were so very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They did outstanding work. My wife was worried there would be wall damage or some mess, but there was none of that. We had one issue installing a smart switch, but the owner, Steve, who is also amazing, was able to help me out with that, after the job was completed. I give this company the highest possible rating. The owner (Steve) is awesome, and so are the employees. I will definitiely use them for smart home, media, etc. needs in the future. Dont hesitate to reach out to them!

I happened upon Steve and Ian at Sound Media and they provided me with an old-school turntable for my relic Yamaha receiver, Onkyo amp and Definitive speakers…and they did so with patience, vast “nerd-like” techie knowledge about my Yamaha receiver! I can’t crow enough about the service, so important. For any vinyl album fetish resurfacing, I suggest this team 100% for upgrading your stuff!! Tops!

The fellas did a perfect job today, installed a 75” & 85” TV, moved power and ran more CAT6 cables for us. Also they installed our wireless mesh system which is now giving us whole home and yard coverages.

They cleaned up after the job and took time to answer any and all questions. I’ll use them again to expand my HT system. So yes, we highly recommend them.

Steve and Mark were totally professional and did an amazing job installing our tv, in an awkward location, over stairs....They were very organized and left our home in the way they found it....vacuuming and cleaning and disposing of any debris.

We followed Steve's recommendation on a super thin tv with excellent clarity.

Great experience with Sound Media!! TV hung over fireplace, kinda tricky. Probably simple for these experts. Mark took his time and made sure it was perfect. And it is!! Highly recommend.
Pro tip, buy your TV through them as well. They match best price available. Bring TV and mount it. One Stop shop!!
