Chad is a scam artist. His co-host Viraj on Airbnb scammed my family of our July 2024 summer vacation. My mother reserved a property July 1st-5th 1 year ago and as of today it has been canceled for “ We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, we have lost the management of the property you booked on.” Very professional to lose a booking after taking the money in full upfront.

16 people took off an entire week of work to make this vacation work. It simply is upsetting and unforgiving that Chad would pride himself on making family trips happen and decided to cancel our reservation and will not respond. Did you cancel it to make more money because the dates are still available just x5 the price now. My mother is devastated and the kids are screwed out of their first time seeing the beach. You are terrible!!!
