Everything was great, my only issue was that my blue prints were not stapled as I requested. I get it happens. I did a second trip to get my blue prints stapled, but “Staples” didn’t have a stapler to staple my blue prints. So then why have the staple option if “Staples” doesn’t have the supplies needed to fulfill my needs as a customer. Would this make a difference where I get my blue prints printed…you bet.

Printing department can not deliver basic quality, can not print a simple design business card, can not keep their promises of delivery, don’t know how to solve the problems, after made a mistake.
