I didn't sign up for this publication at all but it comes to my mailbox every month. I tried calling the number posted on Starnes website but when it rings it says it has calling restrictions so the call never goes through. This newspaper is a piece of junk and I don't want it in my mailbox. It goes in the trashcan every time.

My business has been advertising with Starnes for almost a year now and we have reaped no benefits from the expensive ads. In under a year I have had three different contact points leave without any notice to me. I currently have no one to speak with about my ads that I am still paying for. I decided to call the main office and no one answered. Ted in the graphics department has been the only helpful person I’ve had contact with.

Starnes Media has been working with Ritch's Pharmacy for the past 4 years. The advertisements and special edition advertisements have been a good fit for our business. We see a good return on our investment with each issue.
