I’ve ordered four different pieces from this company 4 1/2 months ago maybe five months ago I’ve been promised my product by the owner and the manager of the store have not received my products. I spent $1500 with this company for separate closing pieces I’ve talked to him on the phone the manager and the owner and I still have not received my clothing. I would love my items or my refund or I’ll be gone to the next step. This is what you get trying to shop with a black company.

I recently messed up an order for my son’s baseball team uniform. The online shop that we bought from wasn’t willing to assist in a one person re-order for us. In a panic (and with their first game a week away) I called in to Starstrukt.

Three things stood out to me:

1. Deane and her son were some of the nicest business owners I’ve met. Passionate about what they do and engaging to talk to.

2. They not only were able to customize a 3 color jersey logo, but they got it done so fast! Deane worked off of a blurry phone pic I sent her and duplicated exactly what was needed for the Jersey. Thank you!

3. I ended up buying a custom sweatshirt in the shop at checkout unrelated to the baseball jersey. The one of a kind design and style Starstrukt has is fantastic. I’m a fan of their “keep going” collection.

We have used this company for awhile now and have always been extremely happy with the customer service and their product. They are always willing to work with us no matter what we need. They produce a good quality product and they have a quick turn around. We have tried many t shirt companies in the past and haven't had much luck, we will always use Starstrukt for all of our t-shirt needs!

Terrible customer service! Great clothes and very unique, but really need to improve on their customer service. I asked for help with a sweatshirt and they completely ignored me. You guys need to respect your customers!

Provided t-shirts to a national churchwide convention two years ago. Excellent wear, design, fabric and reasonable cost. Service provided was superb. Professional and personable are the Washington's! Will use Starstrukt for this year's convention tees!

Amazing, grass roots, family owned business that does high quality work! Awesome place to pick up some items from their clothing line, or if you need some screen printing done- family reunions, intramural sports, etc.
