We are a language service that operates in many states. The digital option allows us to be in compliance with all the labor laws, since many of our employees are remote and don't have space for the required posters- nor want to add them to their home decor. We used this company last year and again this year. We highly recommend them!

We have purchased our yearly Labor Law Posters from State & Federal Poster for several years even though they charge over $60 (for a cheap laminated piece of paper). I have since learned you can get this for FREE elsewhere. In 2023, the poster arrived, however it was crinkled and creased when I took it out of the box. A replacement was eventually sent. In January 2024, I purchased the 2024 Labor Law Poster. It again arrived crinkled and creased and to my surprise it was the EXACT SAME POSTER I ordered in 2023. I reached out to their customer service (via email because no one answers when you call) and received an email back from Graham. He questioned if the product truly arrived damaged again this year and asked for photos. Not only did I have to send him photos once, but he kept asking for additional photos (different angles and sizes). When I asked why it was the same poster as 2023, he said it was different and it was the 2024 poster. I again shared with him it was the exact same one I had up for 2023. He refused to send a refund as I request due to the damage and it being the same poster I paid over $60 for in 2023. After sending him tons of pictures to prove it was damaged and the same as the 2023 poster, he sent me a replacement. What a surprise to open the replacement and find he sent me a new 2024 poster (this is what I had paid for originally). A complete waste of time dealing with this company! Horrible customer service, overpriced products, they don’t send you what you have paid for and they will not admit when they make a mistake! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is great. I found them last year randomly searching the web for a company that could provide labor law posters to my company in a short period of time. The website was very user friendly and best of all the poster came in less than a week! I even had an issue with one of the posters being in the wrong language. After a quick call they mailed me another one free of charge and with expedited shipping.

This year I went to them again looking to update the posters. The prices were even better than last year! I had a few questions and started chatting with Mia the customer service rep online. She was very responsive, she even offered to call me and help me place my order. Once I gave her my number she called me in less than 10 seconds. Seriously now that's EXCELLENT customer service. We were able to place my order in less than 5 minutes and I can appreciate that, because I was having a very busy day. Also the fact that I was not speaking to someone in another country or one of those automated system made it even better.

I will definitely be using this company every year and will definitely recommend them to other business partners.
