Our Google Ads account was suspended for suspicious payments, through no fault of our own (at least we thought?) and we tried everything we could think of to get it back ourselves, hoping to save some money. Back in July last year I was hit with the dreaded 'Misrepresentation' on my GMC account. After months of trying by myself to no avail, google told me I was no longer allowed to request more reviews. On Dec. 11th, we received an email from Google stating that our Google Ad's account was suspended due to Circumventing Systems. Ironically, I went to Google and started searching what this meant and how to fix it. I quickly realized this was above my paygrade and that I needed to hire someone to help me get this resolved. In my search, I found StubGroup and after reading great reviews, I reached out. The process was very straight forward. It did involve work on our part to fix what StubGroup identified as potential causes for the suspension, nothing I would have considered nor be inclined to have addressed. Once I got everything addressed, StubGroup responded quickly with the appeal responses. Our appeal was submitted on 1-16-2025 and we were back online with Google Ads 1-17-2025. I highly recommend reaching out to StubGroup if your Google Ads account is suspended.
