The very nicest people that I have ever rented from. Their maintenance team is friendly and always prompt to to take care of any problem that arises. The portal for paying rent and requesting a service call is very easy to use.

Absolutely terrible, was in a house that leaked, had mold, heat/ac barely worked, plumbing issues, and foundation issues. THEY WOULDNT FIX ANYTHING. EXPECTS 2,500$ TO MOVE OUT AFTER MY FAMILY SUFFERED WITH SICKNESS DUE TO THEM NOT FIXING ROOF LEAKS FOR 6 MONTHS. After repeated texts and requests they finally fixed one spot OUT OF 3!! NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM OUT FOR JUST MONEY! Oh yea and also wants a 60 day move out notice which is ridiculous cause who knows they are moving 60 days in advance.

My family and I have lived in many rental properties around the country due to work and Stutts Property Management was the best company to deal with by far. They went above and beyond assisting in the rental home search for us since we were not yet in state. They matched us with the perfect rental home in a great area. Anytime we needed a problem fixed they were there to help.
I also met business owners who have properties they manage and they have also been satisfied with Stutts.

I have rented from Stutts Properties for almost 9 years. It has been a very good experience. Stutts properties have been very fair to us and are concerned that we are happy where we live!!! They have made positive changes over the past couple of years to function more efficiently. I enjoyed living in an apartment building managed by Stutts. The maintenance requests were super easy; Jason is really kind. Lots of great people work for this company (easy to work with) and even greater neighbors. The pricing was decent enough - also Florence is a beautiful place to live. Recommend.

Easy application process, easy to view properties. Pet rent is not cheap. Never seen $500 PER pet before.
