This realtor is very delinquent in there attention to consumers. We contact her almost 2 months ago to rent a property. She will not contact us back even after we told her that the owner himself needed her to call him. We have no idea if the place has been rented to someone else or if it is still for rent. We have not been able to find a place to rent and she was aware of the urgency of us needing a place to rent. She will not return our calls. I have a feeling if it was for a place to buy she would call us back immediately. However, if I were buying a place I definitely would not use her for that either when she is treating us as renters. I do right not recommend sunrise properties at all simply because of Marilyn.
