Wow. Just called at 8:31am and spoke to such a racist rude woman. I honestly cannot stand the illegal gatekeeping. They lie about job availability. Withholding information that they know about future orders. I'm an ex staffer so I know. She wouldn't give accurate information was trying to start a verbal confrontation over the phone. I was like lady I'm just looking for a job! I did not call to have you unload your attitude onto me.

If you are not Hispanic or latino they will not hire you. Funny how they always have jobs but as soon as i call they have nothing not even general labor available

This is the worse place ever..If you are NOT Hispanic/Latino your chances of a job are very very low. They send you off and lie..They talk about you in Spanish and think you don't understand.most of the jobs are given to regulars when jobs should be given on a walk in or call basis. Me and others have called cooperate just to get jobs or even a call back .we shouldn't have to call cooperate to receive proper customer service.if I could give no stars I would have but one is close enough.

Horrible customer service! Erika who's in the Melrose Park location is so rude and obnoxious, she always mistreat everyone and i don't know how Sure Staff does not address the fact that they have such a horrible person with such a disgusting attitude working for them! I'd be ashamed to call her my employee! I would never recommend this place to anyone who's looking for work. SHAME HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE IN THIS PLACE.
