Sutherland checks the box in every way one could hope for. I've worked Kris for the last year as the Editor in Chief of Reporter magazine, a college publication in Rochester, N.Y., and I have nothing but positive remarks to leave. She and Sutherland embody what customer service and satisfaction mean. If we had a question, Kris' response was always prompt. She let us know if she would be on vacation and out of reach for a few days. She let us know when our orders shipped, and followed up after they arrived to make sure everything looked good. She worked with us to make last minute changes to the prints. And the list goes on. To say I highly recommend Sutherland Printing is an understatement. I will keep them in mind for all of my future printing ventures.
