Lacking in customer service. Products are okay but have some defects and color description issues. Edit **In response to company's reply 2 years later with no record of working with me - I placed the order under Meredith Martinez through my employer. The order was delayed repeatedly with new deliver dates given until the responses stopped entirely. I did eventually get the shirts and do not require further response as I was only leaving honest feedback for those considering purchasing, not for any type of resolution on your end. One bella style shirt did not appear to match the color description and quickly got a hole in the armpit, and a couple others had logos that wouldn't lay flat. Those were my concerns. The collared shirts seemed fine.

I have used Tara for years for promotional items. Excellent customer service. If in the off chance anything was not to my liking, they make it right. Scarlett and Rachel are no less than awesome to work with. They will help with any designs, product recommendations, samples, etc. I can, without any reservations, highly recommend Tara for any promotional items you are looking to purchase.
