What's the point of blocking off self check out if every employee is going to be snarky and down right rude I also don't forget to scan my own groceries but your employees do! Wouldn't have had a bad experience if I could have done it myself

Update your Return Policy if you’re not going to accept returns without a receipt! Absolutely ridiculous! Your website doesn’t say anything about having a price cap on the amount to return something without a receipt! If you are going to follow guidelines then they need to be available for the customers to see, other wise it can lead to legal issues!

Nice big and clean store. Polite workers made this place even better. Lots of wood. Good selection of fresh vegetables. Lots of good stuff.

Very clean and organized store. Only problem is staffing. Although they’re not as busy as Walmart, whenever you need assistance you have to hunt somebody down in the store for help! Anywho, they have a great selection of young women’s clothes and purses. I go for these darling latte mugs and glass jars weekly to customize them for my customers.

I rarely go in this store, but when I do it’s so messy, clothes in carts by the fitting room, seems its use to have a good reputation for being nice , it’s gone downhill, even the one by baybrook!

after spending a lot of my money here, i am absolutely appalled and outraged by the customer service. today i went to find something and when i had ask the employee by the name “xandria”, im not sure how to spell it, was extremely rude and snippy. she also implied unnecessarily that i needed to diet by saying i didn’t need the food i was searching for.

I feel their racist and discriminate against brown skin elderly Hispanic woman that look indigenous and Mexican, acyoung white male employee was rude over charged me on an item and I feel he did that purposely, because I mentioned it and he still charged me , I had to go to customer service the next day , they made me feel like I was not wanted in the store, they followed me through the store profiling me as a criminal , they don’t hire brown skin Hispanic s only white skin people and light skin black people

In the many years I have shopped here, I have never left a review for some reason. But my interaction with Ray was so delightful and he was so very kind that I felt it needed to be mentioned. I’ve never had a bad experience at this target and I always find what I’m looking for!
