Attention Truckers: Get ready for the most unprofessional experience making a delivery here. You must enter the driveway that's on the south-east. There are no signs that indicate where a driver must enter or where exactly the receiving check in is. I had to find out by driving to the west side of the facility to ask someone. The receiving is gonna be the metal staircase that's next to dock door 220. You'll notice there is no sign that says receiving or driver check-in. Knock on the door (or try to enter) and hopefully someone should answer. The receiver will take your BOL's and tell you what door to dock at. If the lot is clear than docking will be easy.

When the green light comes on the person who unloaded you will come out and give you your signed BOL's and you should be good to go. But here is what I experienced. When I was unloaded a black person with gray hair and a grey gootie came to my truck and said he needed to see my paperwork. I told him I turned in my BOL's to the other guy that assigned me my dock door. He said to me he went home for the day. I said you need to go inside and find out what happened to the BOL's I gave you. He said back to me I'm about to go home come back next monday. I said you guys need to find my BOL's that I gave you since it's not on me that you lost them. He said its not my job. I was about to call my broker than he started laughing at me and I looked at him like what's your problem?!? He said I was just joking with you. I held in my anger as I said to him can you PLEASE get my BOL's so I can leave. He got my BOL's to give to me, than I left.

With that said, I'm not here to joke around with these receivers, our job as a truck driver is hard as it is. Therefore my overall experience dealing with bad business practices here was very poor. Trucker's be aware of the lack of clear signs telling you where you should go and unprofessional receivers who just want to make a fool out of you.

The check-in or delivery office is not signposted, you have to go around looking for it and the docks do not have the lines painted on the floor to be able to guide and put the truck straight, everything else is fine

First time to this facility and it wasn't bad. Plenty of room to park. There is overnight parking available. Reciever starts at 8am by door 206. Shipping is on other side by door 107. There are food options as well door dash will deliver to you on site.

It went really quick for me ladies and gentlemen, one hr in and out for a delivery 26 pallets of rolls on pallets. nice friendly folks on a monday: the rest of the week they will be friendly 😃. Wouldnt mind cominf here again. It really helps the industry when all goes well, less stressfull drivers with plenty time on the road. THIS IS WHAT THE GOVERMENT SHOULD DO “time” SHIPPERS AND RECEIVERS SO DRIVERS DONT WASTE TIME ON FACILITIES AND MORE TIME ON THE ROAD. NOT DEVICES TO CONTROL DRIVERS.
