The Allison House is truly an exquisite place to stay. The grounds are breathtaking, with Fountain Creek running through the property, prayer trees bowing over the creek and a natural mineral spring gracing the bank amongst the flowers. The historic house is well cared for and you can’t help but appreciate the quality and care that went into restoring this gem. The back deck is set against a beautiful backdrop of red rocks and scrub oak trees with plenty of seating for a large gathering. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious, attached to a large dining room. This is an ideal spot for a family reunion or small wedding. Within walking distance to the Historic Downtown, and close to so many attractions.

My family rented this amazing historic Victorian for my 65th birthday party. It was perfect and the guests were wowed!!
Highly recommend for your next Colorado visit!! It’s close to everything in Manitou Springs, including a short walk up the hill to Rainbow Falls. Just beautiful!

We just spent the weekend there for a large family wedding and had a blast. Love the property, the owner is awesome, the wrap around deck out back is my favorite. The river in the front yard and the ladscaping and the views and the cozy historic home feel all in one is a realy special combination as well. Even got to grill burgers on the gril and use the modern kitchen, all the right perks. 5 stars all the way.

This home is located in an absolutely beautiful area. The quiet retreat and quick access to community is rare and tends to many interests. Walk or bike to many restaurants, shops, hiking trails, arcade etc. The home was stocked with all my supply needs and even had a mini coffee bar and bicycles. I will return for another fun and relaxing vacation.

Absolutely beautiful venue for our family reunion and in a great location. The kids and adults appreciated being so close to the arcade, shops and bars. An easy walk if you enjoy the night life 🍻
