The Aloha Way Company was one of the best companies I ever worked for if I'm being completely honest. I actually got to work directly with the CEO himself, Keola, while I worked there for a whole year before pursuing my own career ventures. The company definitely helped me progress as a mentor, trainer, coach, and manager. I'm currently a Retail Sales Manager for Ulta Beauty transitioning to being a self-employed entrepreneur and I owe a lot of success with my current company and ambitions to Keola and his company. They really take the time to connect with you and help you grow as an individual both professionally and personally. I even got to meet my fiancée with the company. Its a huge family atmosphere that they thrive off and making sure everyone feels included and valued.

I will tell you this though, the company is in the direct sales and marketing industry. Which just so happens to be extremely competitive with high turnover rates. Reason I say that is some of the negative reviews about this company aren't entirely factual. Mainly the ones that say they don't care about their people receiving paychecks or that it's misleading or that it's even a pyramid scheme. Wild! Like I said, the industry is very competitive and a lot of times, certain company's don't conduct their own business ethically or morally like The Aloha Way does and that's why a lot of false accusations tend to surface in these reviews. But I will tell you this, this company isn't a pyramid scheme. They partner with local organizations that help out the community in so many different positive ways. So don't always believe what people say. Do your own research.

Other than that, the company was so much fun to work with and I learned A LOT. Highly recommend this company.

They don't care if you EVER get your paycheck from the company. Don't waste your time, they train you to bother people during their normal routine to ask for money for charity. However, only 40% of every dollar actually makes it to charity.

You realize that less than $10/hr isn't enough for you, then you won't get any resolve trying to get paid for your time. They sent email to register for paycheck after I resigned, therefore I was out of the system, unable to collect my money earned. No HR/corporate number listed to resolve issue.

No matter what stage your at in life this work place compliments and grows you!!! Very team oriented, a home for work and good times! So much information and hands on experience gained for life!! I definetely recommend this company, if they give you a shot to work with them, get excited, you will love it, not just anyone gets the chance!!!

Really great environment with a lot of great opportunities! I’d recommend people to join the wave only if you want to grow! I really like how the owners show appreciation by buying us dinner Thursday nights and provide breakfast Saturday mornings!

This company is very misleading. All of their positions “Public Relations Internship, “Events Assistant,” “Customer Service Rep” are all just misleading terms they use for what the job really is - a Sales position, working at a booth set up in front stores with commission only pay! People are starting to catch on, look through all the reviews and help spread the word.
