This was the best meal i had in Colorado, possibly this year. The authentic antique building and great vibes immediately set this place apart. The food was absolutely amazing. Best tomatoe bisque i have ever had. The street tacos were also excellent. The interesting house cocktails were equally as impressive. We ended up having to try almost all of them. The friendly and efficient staff kept the food and drinks coming all night,.

This place really made our stop in hot sulfer springs and is easily worth the drive down from grand lake or granby if you are near by. Don't miss it!

I was thoroughly impressed with both the food and the service. Every dish was cooked to perfection, with beautifully balanced flavors that stood out in unique and delightful ways. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! Initially, I expected it to be good, but it truly exceeded my expectations and turned out to be amazing. It’s a shame I didn’t have room for dessert — but that just gives me a reason to come back!

This place is great! We saw the sign on the highway and decided to check it out. The building is from the late 1800’s so immediately I knew the atmosphere was going to be unique, I was not disappointed. We sat at the bar and had a quick cocktail and starter. They know how to pour a delicious old fashioned, I’m eager to sample their other signature drinks! However… the bacon starter. Damn. I could see myself getting REAL greedy next time I order it. I didn’t want to share! We planned on going again Saturday but couldn’t make it. This is our new destination every time we visit the area. I cannot recommend it enough.

Very nice place to have dinner. Outaide and inside setting area. Parking to the east of the build. The food was super good and didn't wait too long for it to come out. I had a peach palmer to drink. It was perfect to go with the warm evening. Both of the people working were friendly.

Best hidden spot in Grand County. Such a great place to grab a meal with a speakeasy vibe. Service is wonderful, food is ok and doesn't have a ton of flavor but it's consistent and the menu does change. Drinks are very reasonably priced we had $4 beers and handmade cocktails have always been good. Overall you should definitely consider going here for something new and away from the hustle and bustle of main street restaurants.

My daughter and I stayed in Hot Sulphur Springs at the resort for the weekend. We were delighted to find Dean Public House. We went there for dinner our first night and based on the food and overall experience we immediately reserved a spot for Saturday night.

Super friendly ambiance with dining at family tables. The house-made cocktails are delicious and well thought out. The meal starts with complimentary fresh-baked bread with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and herbs.

The menu is simple and compact but filled with great options. I will make this standard when I'm back in Grand County.

Awesome food with an awesome atmosphere. We were staying in Granby and ventured over to Hot Sulphur Springs to check the area out and ended up having dinner here. I had the ribs, my wife had the steak and my kids had a flatbread. For desert we all shared a chocolate chip milk cake and chocolate chip cookie skillet cookie. It was all fantastic. The owner then showed us around and told us the history on the building and surrounding area. This place is definitely worth checking out.

We were staying at the hot springs resort and decided to grab a drink before heading back… The owner John was bartending and provided us with ABOVE and BEYOND service! John even helped me untarnish my jewelry from the hot springs.
The atmosphere was cozy and inviting… the building has a lot of unique character and history built into it.
Needless to say, we loved the place and will be returning when passing back through the area… Visiting here was definitely a worthwhile, memorable experience!!
