The only problem I had was that even though they talked to me 98% of the time and I was the one initiating and listing myself as primary on all of the paperwork, they still listed my husband first on everything and always addressed him first.

Michael Suchoparek represented me in my Bankruptcy filing which was recently completed very much to my satisfaction!

His office assisted me in making sure that I gathered the required documents for his review. It was a lot of work on my part because I had to complete some unfinished tax documents that I had not previously filed with the US Gov. but as soon as I got them filed with the IRS, Mr. Suchoparek completed the filing for me with the Bankruptcy Court as promised.

I did not experience any problems when he and I went to court where we talked to the bankruptcy trustee.

Many moons ago I wanted to file bankruptcy. Finally after the last time trying to trade in the car I wanted to get away from I got more reasons to get it done. I think about half of people who file bankruptcy either have a good experience or a bad experience, but for me it was awesome. So the decision was clear and although the process for me wasn’t as fast as I would have liked it that was not or it had nothing to do with the fast filers.
