We decided to relocate to the Montrose area and didn’t have a Real Estate Agent. Through a referral from mortgage broker, we were connected with Joni Klein. After speaking with her on the phone coupled her responsiveness to our questions/concerns, we decided to use her for our home purchase. On our trip to Montrose to look at potential homes, my wife and I realized we made a great choice with Joni. Her knowledge of the Montrose market and the builders was excellent. Despite having a hard time finding an existing home that my wife and I both liked, we never felt any sales pressure from Joni. She continued to find and present additional properties including potentially building. Joni’s knowledge of construction of new homes proved beneficial in our decision making process. The last night we were in town, Joni found one last home for us to look at which we ended up purchasing as it was exactly what we wanted. Joni continued to be responsive and involved up until closing which my wife and I greatly appreciated being from out of town.
