After six unsuccessful months trying to sell our house with another local agency, we switched to Matt and The Real Estate Agency. What a difference in professionalism, and knowledge of how to photograph, market and list a property!

Even though everyone always says "you can't sell a house in Winter", they were proven wrong as Matt had us an offer in less than 30 days after taking over the listing! He guided us through the negotiation phase and we closed shortly thereafter.

We had listed our home with another realtor for several months and had got little or no movement on it at all. By this time we had moved out of state and were now making 2 mortgages, utility payments,insurance, etc. I had asked a friend if they knew anyone we could try and was given Matt's name! He was our knight in shining armor! Just at the right time as well as it was getting a little tight on the budget. He got started immediately and took new professional photos and got the house listed. In a little over a week Matt came to us with a cash offer and we were able to close in a few weeks!
