These guys are the hardest to get a hold of. I've emailed texted and have gotten a minimal response. I'm a EMC TECH and I just need some software for a message center that belongs to one of my clients. My client thinks I'm not working fast enough on their project and this just isn't acceptable. If I can get a response back from anyone I'll be happy to remove this but for now I'm extremely disappointed.
