I recently worked with Jeanie Scott, from Simien properties. I have to say my experience truly exceptional. From the moment you first speak to Jeanie, it is evident just how much she cares about helping her clients find the house of their dreams. My process was not a standard house purchase and certainly presented some hurdles. I was coordinating the purchase of a house to move my mother(86 years young) from Austin to live closer to me in League City. Mom doesn’t have much of an income to work with, but she does own a house free and clear. We had to take out a bridge loan, something new to me. Jeanie was amazing in helping navigate this process as well as aligning me with an outstanding and patient lender.
From start to finish Jeanie was always ahead of the process. I received calls, texts and emails daily helping to keep the process moving and addressing questions and concerns that came up along the way.
I would highly recommend Jeanie to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home. I can assure you that you will be treated with kindness and caring like you have never know before. Savannah was absolutely amazing in helping us purchase a home in a new state.
