and again I've called him three more times for a ride this time it's 4 days out. I mean they get government funding but they're so busy doing insurance rides and making extra money for their CEO that they don't take people anywhere else. I would not know how to give them more than one star. I've called numerous times two three days out sometimes and they never have a ride. If one of my medical people call him for me to get me scheduled for transportation for my insurance they always have time. It's about worthless. They get funding from the government. Do not get people rides.

Late pickup. Got me to my appt very late. Pickup the ride was so not and noisy. Rattling windows. I was hurting when I got home.

They need a bit more cleanliness of the stained seats, cheaper rates, especially because they receive government grants, more convenient time slots, and the office workers could be a bit friendlier. The drivers have good attitudes, and get you to your destination safely and swiftly.

I’m a nurse...LOST t car due to health issues... EVERY TIME I CALL ITS. Waste of my energy.... for the love of Jesus get more cars and drivers. Or do something...Granbury... dont understand why tourists town?,,, 1 good restaurant... Christinas off the square... cops ugh... I miss hometown! ARLINGTON ROCKS😎
