I called the shop a week ago about a LED beer sign for my basement bar man cave. The light went out and I wasn't sure what the issue was. I looked around for sign shops near me, and found The Visual Edge, called and spoke to Sean, very courtesy and helpful, as he suggested I bring in my sign for his team to have a look. I brought the sign in this week, and the team did a troubleshoot, and they successfully identified the issue. Very pleased with their knowledge, how they approached the issue and treated me. This company is an example of creativity, excellent service and customer satisfaction. I asked Tim, the owner, to design an outdoor sign for a medical office. He came up with a beautiful design, finished it right on time and installed it for a very reasonable price. After several months the sign was blown out of its support and fell to the ground. When I told Tim on the phone what happened, he apologized, and fixed it quickly at no cost for me. I think this is a company that has pride, integrity and great relations with its customers.

This great local independent company is the fastest & most efficient sign company we've ever used, and this is our 35th year in business. They provide a FAST proof, price and then "Presto!" You get a quote! Other sign companies charge you up front for a quote even "before" the graphic work is done. Visual Edge is the way business is done. And the tour of their facility and press was pretty amazing & impressive.
