I was lucky to work with Brent Matsui who assisted me with the purchase of a Wailuku condo in February 2024. After I provided him with a list of my “must-haves”, budget, and limited time constraint, he was quickly able to provide me with several listings that met my requirements. I chose and eventually purchased one of the options he selected. Given the unprecedented challenges of the current real estate market in Maui, I was pleasantly surprised that the entire process took less than a month, and escrow closed earlier than expected. Brent is a Maui native who has extensive knowledge of the local real estate industry. Over the years, he has developed relationships with numerous professionals who assisted in processing my transaction quickly and efficiently. He always responds quickly to any questions and concerns via text or phone. Brent also assisted in locating plumbing professionals to address possible renovation work. As an individual always willing to assist his client in all aspects of the home purchasing process, he is a much appreciated and highly recommended professional.
