This Theisen's location is my go-to spot for a product I have difficulty finding elsewhere. I stop on my quarterly trips to Minnesota and buy them out of all the Ohrt's teriyaki flavored beef sticks they have on hand. The store is always clean. The staff has been super friendly and helpful. I'm trucker and I just arrived to New Hampton from Ohio flight to recover truck. But I needed lil porta-potty, therefore I purchased window bucket and I ask for assistance to show me where's the waste bags. Lady staff was stocking the shelf was glad to help and even gave me some suggestions. I didn't remember her, but she truly helpful and my stuff that I need was in my assigned truck and it was in the repair shop. First time visiting this brand and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Great store, love the new location with lots of parking. Bought a chain saw, had a problem with it. Took it back and they repaired it within a few days, no charge. Great selection of boots and clothes as well as hardware, electrical, and plumbing. I've always found the employees to be very helpful. A great asset to the city of New Hampton.

Great prices, great selection. Nice and small store. So you'd think employees could know atleast where quite a few different items are. But Its just hard to find help in certain sections. It seems that store associates don't leave their designated areas even if someone needs help. Which I get. But its frustrating when you have to wait 20 minutes to get help but also get asked later in the clothing section 3 separates times by different people just kind of walking around if you need help finding anything.
