Tiffany seems to know everything about computers, at least to someone like me. She is very professional and a nice person as well. I bought a desktop from her over a year ago and it got fried from a power surge caused the tornado! It would not turn on. Luckily, Tiffany was able to get my computer on long enough to retrieve my data. Shame on me for not backing up everything properly! She then moved all my data to my new computer and even set up my external hard drive to automatically back up for free! Someday I will get with the times and get myself a laptop and I will be going to Tiffany for it! And anything else computer related I need!
