It was our first visit and we had a large punch list. The team in bay 48 were OUTSTANDING to work with and you could tell they knew there jobs. They took the time to show me things and make sure I knew what was needed to be done and when. Looking forward to our next trip to Red Bay. The camp ground was a great place to stay while the work was getting done. We were within our one year so the stay was free. The park hosts knew what was going on and keep you in the loop. Thank you Bob Tiffin

Service was friendly and very good, prompt on first come first served basis. We had about 1-2wk wait they've since changed their scheduling so you can get on list by calling ahead rather than. When you arrive. Grounds were quite clean, a gravel parking lot but full service, free. I've stayed in many "parking lots" that weren't nearly as nice. They advertise lots of pl es to visit, we found that we really had to hunt, but there were some
Good places to visit if you have a car. F
Restaurants not so great in Red Bay found a couple of good breakfast places...one in A gas station lol and another family? Owned steakhouse out of town that was great. Altogether tiffin is an awesome place, and a great place for service.....oops, forgot..
. Free spots are for rvs still under warranty and during that time they'll fix anything for any reason pretty much. If not under warranty then you can pay to stay in a separate area.

The water is turned off because of the cold. The parking lot needs to be repaved. That being said, it's an OK place to stay and wait for your motorhome to be serviced. The water was turned on yesterday, so it's a happy time. Still here 5 weeks later.

Well, we're back again. Used the call in process so when we were 10th on the list, you should show up. We'll we did, and we're still sitting here a week later.

We have used Tiffin Allegro Campground since 2009 while waiting for repairs to our Tiffin RV. Because of our coach's age (over 1 year old) we are allowed to park inside the gate of the repair facility now. We choose not to use this offer because of the traffic movement of multiple coaches in and out of the work bays on a road passing within a foot of the front of our coach. Newer coachs are allowed to the regular campground which is reasonable in price and location. We choose to park on campgrounds off repair property

We stayed to go to the Tiffin Factory tour and were treated like family, even though we were staying in our 2014 Itasca Sunstar 35F. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. The campground is clean and spacious, and you can't beat the rate. The parts store is convenient. The laundry facility is very nice and reasonable.

Although we didn't actually stay in the Tiffin campground we did spend a lot of time in their service center customer lounge. Mr. Tiffin spares no expense to make his customers comfortable. WIFI to die for. Heavy full sized easy-chairs with ottomans. Cafe table computer work stations if you want to use your laptop, coffee, big screen TVs and clean restrooms. All steps away from your service bay. Pet friendly and nicely air conditioned. The Tiffin welcome center in town has the best food you could imagine and cute little store. Another fabulous Tiffin experience. Roughing it smoothly.

First of all, you need to remember that this campground is a courtesy place while you are getting your rig fixed. It is not a resort and doesn't advertise as such. That being understood, it's decent. Gravel lots. Level. Steady utilities. No cable but reasonable wifi. Free coffee and friendly folks. Reasonable price considering everything. BTW, you can get a free night simply by taking the factory tour. I believe they also comp the stay for rigs that are less than a year old.
