Patience patience patience. My sell/buy experience in the end worked out perfectly. I was so nervous about both deals growing through. Low Pressure Tom Thomas. Working with Tom and his team was great and just our speed. It was a low pressure experience that gave us plenty of time (~9mo) to find exactly what we were looking for and we couldn’t be happy. Tom’s easy going demeanor really catered to us as we have far too much else going on in life to add another stressor.
